S4BB Limited let us know about their newest app, Barcode Scanner. It is a pretty simple app, just point and shoot at any barcode. Once scanned, the URL or the serial number will appear in screen, allowing you to copy it or continue to the website. Barcode Scanner recognizes the following codes:
- QR Code
- CODE 128 / CODE 39
- DATAMATRIX
- EAN 13 / EAN 8
- ITF
- PDF417
- UPC A / UPC E
Barcode Scanner is available for all BlackBerry® Smartphones running OS 6.0 or higher and is available for free on BlackBerry App World here.
